Fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure for the government, enterprise, and commercial sectors of Uzbekistan.
UzCloud is a cloud infrastructure operator in Uzbekistan with over 11 years of experience running mission-critical IT infrastructure. The company hosts government, enterprise, and commercial information systems across 5 data centers in 4 regions of the country, in line with international requirements for reliability, security, and fault tolerance.
The infrastructure holds over 36 PB of data in its storage systems.
40 GPU servers handle HPC and artificial intelligence workloads. All resources are monitored 24×7×365.
5 data centers across 4 regions of Uzbekistan: geographic distribution enables data geo-redundancy and disaster recovery between sites.
The infrastructure is designed to Tier III requirements and delivers a 99.982% SLA — under 1.5 hours of downtime per year.
TCDD certificates obtained. The design is validated by the Uptime Institute.
TCCF and TCOS certificates are in progress.
Two independent power feeds, with power and cooling systems redundant in an N+1 configuration.
Diesel generators with fuel reserves for up to 72 hours of autonomous operation. Round-the-clock monitoring of engineering systems.
An in-house telecom network and multi-layered physical security at every site.
Connection to our own backbone network.
Geographically diverse data transmission routes between sites.
Transport network redundancy at the DWDM level.
High-speed links between data centers.
Multi-level control and auditing of access to facilities.
Video surveillance systems at all sites.
Intrusion alarm systems at every site.
Automatic fire suppression systems.
Geo-redundancy across regions reduces the risk of downtime if a site fails. Sites are linked by our own network, with no dependence on third-party channels.
Compute and cloud resources scale with growing workloads. Resources are distributed across data centers, so capacity can be added as needed.

Tier III is the Uptime Institute's international reliability standard. The Tier III Design Documents certificate has already been obtained; the Tier III Constructed Facility and Operational Sustainability certificates are in progress.
A failure at one site does not take the whole infrastructure down: 5 data centers are located across 4 regions of Uzbekistan, and data and services are replicated between sites.
Every site is covered by video surveillance and intrusion alarms, access to facilities is multi-level and audited, and automatic fire suppression systems are installed in case of fire.
Sites are linked by our own backbone channels at speeds of up to 200 Gbps. Data transmission routes are physically diverse, and transport network redundancy is implemented at the DWDM level.
