This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) is an integral annex to the User Agreement. It defines the procedures for the collection, storage and processing of any information protected by law or by its owner, including restricted-access information whose unauthorized disclosure is prohibited by law (hereinafter — Confidential Data), which Telecom Cloud LLC (hereinafter — UZCLOUD) receives from the User in the course of using the website and the services provided.

Mandatory review: Before using the Website, the User must carefully read the terms of this Policy.

Refusal to use: If you do not agree with the terms of processing your confidential data, you should immediately stop using the Website.

Limitation of liability: UZCLOUD is not responsible for the safety and use of data that the User independently transfers to third parties on external information resources or when following external links.

Processing of the obtained data is carried out exclusively to ensure the full and secure operation of UZCLOUD services, namely for:

• • Improving user interface convenience, personalization and optimization of the Website
• • Ensuring information security, monitoring network traffic and preventing unauthorized access
• • Conducting analytical and statistical research based on strictly anonymized data

The retention period for personal data is limited to the period objectively necessary to achieve the above purposes, unless otherwise provided by law.

4. Data Processing Conditions and Personal Data Protection

UZCLOUD strictly complies with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Personal Data' and other relevant regulatory acts in the field of information protection.

Security: We employ a modern set of organizational and technical measures (including hosting data in a protected Tier III data center) to protect your confidentiality from unauthorized access, copying or disclosure.

Legal basis: Data processing is carried out only with the informed consent of the User. Please note that without such consent, the functionality of the Website may be partially or fully restricted.

Transfer to third parties: Data is not transferred to third parties or organizations, except in the following cases:

• • With the User's direct consent to such transfer
• • For data exchange with third-party services and partners integrated with the Website, if initiated by the User to receive a service
• • Upon official request of authorized state bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan

5. Policy Amendment Procedure

UZCLOUD reserves the right to update and amend this Policy unilaterally (including in connection with changes in the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan).

Effective date: The new version of the Policy takes effect 3 (three) days after its official publication on the Website.

Supersession: From the moment the new version takes effect, the previous version of the document is considered void.

Consent to changes: Continued use of the Website by the User after the Policy is updated constitutes full acceptance of the changes made.

6. User Rights (Personal Data Subject)

The User has the right to fully control their personal data. Under the current legislation, the User has the right to:

• • Request information: obtain details about what data is processed by UZCLOUD and for what purposes
• • Request correction: update, modify or supplement personal data if it is outdated or inaccurate (via the Personal Account or support service)
• • Withdraw consent and request deletion: at any time withdraw consent to data processing and demand its complete deletion ('right to be forgotten'), if its storage is no longer required for the provision of services or compliance with legal requirements
• • Unsubscribe from mailing lists: opt out of receiving marketing and informational emails using the relevant link in emails or profile settings

7. Data Localization and Physical Storage

In compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (in particular, Article 27-1 of the Law 'On Personal Data'), UZCLOUD guarantees that the collection, systematization and storage of personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out exclusively on physical servers (databases) located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We do not carry out cross-border transfer of your sensitive data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate protection.

The Website uses cookies to ensure the platform's operability, improve user experience and collect analytics.

Strictly necessary cookies: required for authorization in the cloud management panel and basic security functions.

Analytical cookies: help us understand how users interact with the Website to improve navigation and interface.

The User can disable optional cookies at any time in their browser settings. However, disabling strictly necessary cookies may result in the inability to use the UZCLOUD Personal Account.

9. Age Restrictions

UZCLOUD services are aimed exclusively at the corporate segment (B2B) and adult users. The Website is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If such data transfer is discovered, it will be immediately deleted.
