The database, primary documents, and employees' personal data are stored in data centers in Uzbekistan. This satisfies LRU-547 requirements.
The price doesn't depend on the exchange rate. We sign the contract with an Uzbek legal entity and send invoices and closing documents online.
Employees work however is convenient for them. The accountant connects via RDP and sees a familiar desktop with all external add-ons. Warehouse managers open the «1C:UNF» thin client. The manager only needs a browser to check reports while traveling. If the server shouldn't be visible from the public internet, close it off in a private network and grant access through ZTNA. Then the database is only available to employees with verified devices.

For file mode and five users, 2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, and 20 GB SSD are enough — that's 258,000 UZS per month, VAT included. For client-server mode and a team of up to 15, take 4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, and 100 GB NVMe. It's easier to pick the exact configuration in the calculator or together with our engineer: it depends on database size, the number of concurrent sessions, and how heavy your scheduled jobs are.
The service gives you ready-made databases in the browser: standard configurations, licenses included in the plan, and administration on our side. A server gives you a clean machine where you install your own platform, configuration, and licenses. If your accounting is standard and you don't have many employees, the service is simpler and cheaper.
For a server, yes: the 1C platform and client licenses are purchased separately. We provide the infrastructure, the licenses remain yours and move with the database.
File mode works for small databases and doesn't need a separate DBMS. In client-server mode, the database is deployed on your server alongside the platform. We select the DBMS build to match your 1C release's requirements — this can be discussed with our engineer before ordering.
Three options: an RDP session with a desktop, the «1C:Enterprise» thin client, and a web client in the browser. You can combine them: accounting works over RDP while the manager checks reports in the browser.
